About the author

Dr. Kelly NGYAH is CEO of Modern Advocacy Humanitarian Social and Rehabilitation Association (MAHSRA), organization in consultative status with the UN Economic and Social Council and Office of Special Adviser on Africa (OSAA); Executive President of All Anglophone Union for Peace and Development (AAUPD); civil society advocate with professional status as a Peace maker. He is endowed with a PhD in Peace and Development; M.Sc. in Peace Studies; MA in Law and International Relations and LL.B. He is founding father of the philosophical concept: CHANCEISM. He is awarded recognition of GREAT WARRIOR of HUMANITY, by the International Human Rights Advisory Council (IHRAC). He is an Honorary Lifetime, Vice Chairman - Cameroon for National Council of News and Broadcasting (NCNB) India, upon nomination of the International Media Advisory Council. He is author to over 24 United Nations NGO working policy support documents for UN sessions including: Commission on the Status of Women; Open Working Group for Sustainable Development Goals; Commission on Population and Development; High Level Segment of the UN Economic and Social Council; and Commission for Social Development, in New York; as well as, sessions of the Human Rights Council in Geneva. Authored higher institution academic manual guides for conflict resolution and peace building goals; ICT database software designs for networking educational and health institutions towards fostering e-governance and improved democracy measures within developing countries (sub-Saharan Africa); over 60 working papers and books towards fostering global peace initiatives; 5 musical albums, a short movie; and over 100poems that promote peace, love and environmental well-being. In addition, his dynamic and ever growing personality is strongly founded and endorsed based on his strong respect for positive moral values, his believe in the affinity of three existential ideals which he calls the 3Ls (Light, Love and Life), and which within his Chanceist philosophy, he duly institutes them as key to human existence and achievement within the absolutist positions of 'God-Value-Man'. Furthermore and expert wise, Dr. Kelly NGYAH is trainer of trainers with several human development and security fields, including but not limited to: conflict analysis, management and resolution; gender equality and mainstreaming coherence requisites; sustainable development targeting sub-Saharan African perspectives; corporate bodies and human rights defenders’ advocacy and security techniques and mechanisms; project management; e-marketing; and web development.
