This is by far the worst moving experience I've ever had. I was handed off to different reps, communication was extremely disappointing, and in the end they lost over $1000 of my belongings. It took 120 days for them to respond to my claim, at which they only offered $100 (most of which was "good will").

Paula, the woman who was my "rep" was the worst customer service experience I've ever had.
