Precision Casting

Lost wax investment casting provides a shortcut to your finished precision parts without welding, excessive machining or assembly. It is the solution for many complex shapes and provides smooth surface finishes, accurate dimensions and fine detail.

Investment casting involves creating an original wax model, coating the image with plaster and building of successive layers until a strong shell envelopes the model. After melting out the wax, molten metal will be poured into the mold, creating a perfect duplicate of the original wax pattern. Compared to machining apart, investment casting can economically offer undercuts, high definition, complex detail and a smooth surface finish.

Most often, investment casting is the only way a part can be economically manufactured.

Huaxin Stainless started to do casting since 1998 and we have overcome a lot of technical problems in terms of surface quality, heat treatment, mechanical properties and product precision, which makes our casting products' quality has always been in the top level.

Generally, when we get the orders from our customers, it will take about 4 days to make moulds, then proofing time of about 7 days, and about 10-20 days to finish mass production.

We specialize in turning, drilling, tapping, and a variety of other machining capabilities to offer a complete product. With these in-house turning capabilities, Huaxin stainless also can quote your bar stock requirements, which complements our investment casting line.
