RETAIL ORDERS (5-10meters)
For material, as a factory based in China mainland, we don't have enough resource to process retail orders like distributors or online shops. Meanwhile, the international shipping cost will bring up the material cost obviously. So for 5-10meters retail order, we recommend customer to buy from local distributors. For ready made products, we can handle customization or prototyping depending on the request of customer. Please note we require specific drawing marked with dimensions, our sales agent will offer suggestions and solutions according to experience.
WHOLE SALE ORDERS (250-1000meters)
Spot goods for regular items is available for example: DuraScreen/DuraBlinds/DuraSuntex collections. So 5-20rolls is workable for us. Please check our product list first, let us know the item number for example: DuraBlinds DLT-1001, our sales agent will find out how many rolls instock and available width via our ERP system. We can handle EXW, LCL shipment send to shanghai or ningbo port. Products can be packed with hard paper tubes, wood crates or pallets for better protection.
Made to orders (3000m+)
For the products not instock or has pointed specifications, we can customize for customer. It is a great help to inform us material application, quantity, width and special requirments like flame retardent, anti-static, anti-UV...etc. Sending us your datasheet and fabric swatches if available, after analyzing your datasheet and sample, we can quote accurate best price and send our sample to check quality. Please note different product line has different MOQ according to technology and machine used.
CONTAINER BASED ORDERS
For industrial fabric, container based order is the best way to have the lowest cost. Mass production can cut down raw material cost, wastage during production and shipping cost. This part of business is what we did most. Our usual lead time for container based order is 25days.
