The hose is of excellent quality, but its too inflexible for the way in which I wanted to use it, as it is quite heavy duty, I should really have chosen a lighter type of hose. T.

I ordered two identical items
I ordered two identical items, but two slightly different parts arrived - one fitted and one didn't. Apparently the manufacturer had changed the spec so they were unable to supply two items that fitted. Would have been good to know this before they shipped.

Extensive range
Great company very helpful I only needed a couple of specific hoses and they had them. Delivery was prompt and they send out a free calander and poster of their products. Quite an extensive range and it’s given me a world of ideas for other equipment I use so as to make the perform better
