We stopped in to Saluhall and the spicy noodles called out to us. Worth the 10-15 minute wait, the spicy chicken was both delicious and had me glugging down glasses of water from the bar across the hall. I was impressed by the fresh ingredients, yummy woodear mushroom, and chicken cooked to order. It has meat options at the mostly vegetarian food hall.
They also serve the food in real bowls with real silverware, which is uncommon for the fast casual concept but appears to be the norm in the Saluhall cafeteria. The girl behind the counter was nice as well. This place gives you buzzers while waiting for food, while some of the other stalls require you to wait out front.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - 725169384Apr 14, 2024
Very friendly staff serving tasty chewy noodles! Great option in Saluhall
Flavorful and a little nutty. Spicy noodle is a mild level of the heat so do add ons if you enjoy more spice. Solid portion size for $12 of noodles.
Added on spicy pork which was the recommended most popular option. It was a ground pork that I didn't think was spicy at all - still good but slightly salty.
Easy to order and you get a buzzer to pick up the food. Their dog mascot is the cutest!Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Dec 23, 2023
Mmmm....so so good!
I grabbed some MOMO noodles (spicy noodles with pork belly) recently when I was at work and it really hit the spot! I happened to be there around 1pm so it was on the later end, and they were pretty quick.
I absolutely LOVE noodles and these were stellar...good amount of spice, awesome chewiness to the noodles, pork belly was DELISH. 5/5, only wish I had more but that's more of my own piggyness (lol) than their portion sizes (very good).Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - 1671801177Sep 26, 2023
This is one of my favorite food trucks! I always look forward to grabbing food from this truck. I love their Momo Spicy Noodle with Spicy Pork and slow cooked rice wine pork belly added to it. The chili oil gives it a nice little kick. It also has wood ear mushrooms in it too. I'm not sure how they make it but I've been trying to recreate it at home and it doesn't taste as good as how they make it. If you aren't used to eating spicy food, then it might be too spicy for you. It was too spicy for my coworker lol. I usually don't eat spicy food but it wasn't too spicy for me.
The Popo's noodle is good too but I prefer their spicy noodles instead.
The Spicy Chicken Noodle is also good but the spiciness and flavor doesn't compare to the Momo Spicy Noodle with Spicy Pork.
They usually have a tablet for you to order from and the service is pretty quick.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0 - JP C.Plano, TX71910Apr 13, 2024
Beautiful space, a bit of pricey. $13 is just a small bowl of flat noodles. Is protein an extra $4? I wonder how many pieces of chicken or beef are for $4?

First time come to the spark social sf. Really beautiful space. It was a beautiful day also. We decided to try some food there. They have many kind of food trunk, Mexican Asian , American food even a bar then we got to this noodle truck, that looks really good and there was a line. So I presume that would be a safe choice.
We got order Diablo Spicy Beef, Momo Spicy Noodle,Hot and Sour Noodles
Diablo spicy beef : give a hint spicy ,numb flavor of mala texture like beef jerky but it's refrigerated cold
Momo spicy noodle : really looking forward to this but the sauce is not that spicy , the noodle was dry and cold , all components , not really good.
Hot and sour noodle : flavor for this one is better but same cold and dry noodle.
Really disappointed, couldn't finish anything. Hope they would make this better because I really enjoy this kind of noodle.Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0Business owner information

Hi Seth, sorry to hear it.
The Diablo Spicy Beef Jerky (麻辣冷吃牛肉粒)is served as a cold dish and needs to be refrigerated for food safety code.
All our noodles are freshly cooked and made, with the best tasting time within 10 mins and since dry noodles are easier to get stick together, it’s best to taste as soon as possible. Since our food truck is outdoors, with the windy weather, food temperature could drop much faster as well.
For spicy level, our MOMO spicy noodle can add monster spicy oil and Diablo spicy powder to give you more spiciness enjoyment.
Again, we appreciate your feedback and hope you will come try again. - Apr 17, 2023
Momo Noodle is a great food truck option if you are in Spark Social. They offer customizable Sichuan noodles with a variety of toppings, whether it be their soy-marinated egg or their delicious pork belly. I decided to order POPOs Noodles, which consisted of their pork belly, egg noodles, special sauce, and veggies. I also added their soy-marinated egg. Although the bowl may seem small, it will definitely fill you up. This dish took me back home and hit all the notes for an amazing chili noodle. The pork belly was had a deep flavor and melted in your mouth.
In addition, the service was very quick. You order on a tablet and they only accept card. There is also a lot of outdoor seating within Spark Social to enjoy your meal. I felt like this is one of the more expensive food trucks, as my bowl came up to $20. However, if you're in the mood for some amazing chili noodles, Momo Noodle will not disappoint!Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0 - 2452861166Feb 4, 2023
Some of my favorite Sichuan noodles in SF! Every time they're outside Salesforce, I convince myself I need the momo spicy noodle ($14.95). I've tried it with both pork & tofu and both hit. It's spicy & tingly, but won't leave you in tears.
I've also tried the hot & sour rice noodles. Compared to the spicy momo, the portion is smaller and doesn't include protein ($11). Spice-wise, it's very mild because it doesn't have Sichuan pepper. Decent option, especially if you want something smaller/lighter for lunch, but I definitely recommend the spicy momo over these.Helpful 9Thanks 1Love this 8Oh no 1 - Jan 19, 2023
Pretty decent I'd say. Good flavor, speedy service.
Went at like 11:50am on a Thursday to the truck at Salesforce Tower and it was pretty quick--line of about 2 people and order was ready in about 5 minutes.
Food: Got the momo spicy noodle w/ tofu, egg, and pickled cabbage. Overall it was good -- some nice Szechuan numbing flavor with the noodles and a very flavorful but not overpowering sauce. Cabbage was good too. Main downside was the egg -- it was overboiled, so very very firm and not quite the same temperature as the rest. I'd skip it as an add on.
Other: Lots of options to customize your noodles which I liked. Sustainable options to reduce waste. Easy to do on the iPad too. Cashless. Kind of expensive but it is what it is in Downtown SF -- $20.Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Xiu L.San Francisco, CA2927955Feb 25, 2024
I love the egg noodles and the spicy sauce. I do wish there are more meat and veggies. But taste profile is good.
