Homestead Village is now accepting reservations for the NEW Townstead apartments! We have reached our major milestone of 37 reservations, with even more interest every day! This momentous occasion marks the “we’ve arrived!” point of proceeding with the building’s construction! A recent event, complete with a champagne toast, cake, and celebratory remarks from guests strengthened the bonds of friendship that are already forming between incoming residents! Phase 1 of The Townstead expansion project is also in progress and will include beautiful renovations to the current campus apartments and village center. A new coffee shop, salon and spa, corridors, and lobby will totally refresh the existing 1800 Village Circle location. Want to move sooner than later? Select studio and one-bedroom apartments are available at this time. All apartments are dual-licensed for personal care, so you or your loved-one can receive extra assistance without an extra move if supportive services are needed. The Mews at Homestead Village is situated on 30 acres of land adjacent to the main Homestead Village senior living campus in beautiful Lancaster, Pennsylvania. The Ashford
The Ashford provides 1,350 feet of living space, plus a roomy single-car garage. The optional addition of an all-season sunroom brings the total square footage to 1,517 square feet. The Banbury
